Located in South Jakarta, Basoeki Abdullah Museum possesses 109 painting collections, 3.070 books, and more than 700 collections of art objects (wayang, masks, statues, textiles, etc). Basoeki Abdullah is a reputable artist in Indonesia who’s famous for his mastery in realism and his massive influence in the Indonesian arts scene. His devotion towards art and astounding talent were evident since young age with his painting of Mahatma Gandhi, which he painted when he was 10 years old.

His legacy continues to inspire artists and art enthusiasts, proving that the power of art is capable to transcend limitations and unite people across cultures.
